to support the ongoing California Youth Transitions to Adulthood Study (CalYOUTH), which tracks the outcomes of youth exiting care in Los Angeles County and across the state.

to support the activities of the Forum on Promoting Children's Cognitive, Affective, and Behavioral Health and strengthen its focus on substance use disorder prevention. Funding would also support a study on the links between health care and homelessness.

The Catholic Health Association of India$875,000 through May, 2019
to engage 45 congregations working in health care across India as part of a strategic planning process; operationalize a "hub and spoke" referral model in nine states; and train 230 sister nurses as "Community Health Activists."

University of Houston Foundation$1,600,000 through August, 2017
to fund programs in alumni development, marketing, and communications, and encourage matching donations. $1 million of the grant will be used to leverage over $2.5 million in matching donations.
