Breanne Bill works as a grants associate at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Before joining the Foundation, she served in various roles at California Lutheran University, most recently as the administrative assistant for advanced studies in the Graduate School of Education. Bill holds a Master of Public Policy Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in marketing communication from California Lutheran University.
