Carol Lee

Carol Lee is a member of the grants management team. In this role, she processes grants, monitors compliance, develops reports, assists with the preparation of quarterly board materials, and partners with the program team and others to facilitate our grantmaking. She also manages discretionary and matching gifts programs. Prior to joining the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, Lee served as a program officer at the Liberty Hill Foundation, where she oversaw the foundation’s donor advised funds. She also previously worked at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the world’s largest provider of programs and services for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people, where she managed a program to address school-based harassment and violence motivated by anti-LGBT bias. Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in women’s studies, with an emphasis on race and culture, from Occidental College.
