Ixora Becerra supports the Hilton Foundation in the areas of performance and talent management, employee engagement and relations, development and coaching, HR policies and compliance, and ensures our practices are in alignment with the Foundation’s values and culture. Over the past 17 years, Becerra has spent her career managing the human resources function for several domestic and international organizations. Most recently, Becerra worked as the global human resources partner at CARE USA, a global humanitarian NGO based in Atlanta, where she provided support to staff in the U.S. and across Latin America, Africa and Asia. She also worked at the Center for the Visually Impaired, a nonprofit rehabilitation organization, where she served as human resources director. Becerra is passionate about social justice and engaging in social movements.
