Luis Franco

Luis Franco oversees the Workplace, Mailroom and Café Services. His role involves planning the day-to-day operations of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation’s two campuses, including leased office space. He is also responsible for overseeing an environment that supports the Hilton Foundation’s vision for its growth while providing a safe and healthy work environment for employees, guests, visitors and tenants. Franco has a diverse skill set, including management and technical expertise. Before joining the Foundation, he was a management analyst at California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) Auxiliary Services in the Center on Child Welfare for nine years. His earlier work experience focused on managing financial records, office operations, purchasing and IT support.
