Grandson of our founder Conrad N. Hilton, Michael O. Hilton joined the board in 2017. Previously, he served as an intern on to the board of directors for the Hilton Foundation. He currently chairs the Audit Committee and serves on four other committees: Building, Investment, Nominating and Talent and Culture.
He has nearly three decades of experience working in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Construction and Design Project Management for Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV), Hilton is responsible for the overall management of HGV capital projects, as well as budgeting, planning, design and construction for all HGV-branded properties. Prior to joining Hilton Grand Vacations in 2004, Hilton served a 16-year tenure with Hilton Hotels Corporation (now Hilton Worldwide).
Hilton holds Bachelor’s degrees in business administration and creative arts from Rollins College and is also a member of the Industry Liaison Council for Saint Leo University’s International Tourism and Hospitality Management division.
